Common Areas
Please leash your pets and make sure they ‘do their business’ outside of our common area. We have an open field across the street as well as a dog park. The city of Tampa also provides Channelside residents with proper pet disposal bags along the sidewalks. Please clean up after your pet if they poop anywhere on our property.
Please dispose of trash properly in the city-provided dumpster in our parking lot. All items must placed inside the dumpster and cannot be left on top of, beside, behind, or in front of it. As a courtesy, please cut up large boxes so they lay flat inside the dumpster. Unless trash pick-ups days fall on a holiday, normal trash pick-up days are both Monday and Thursday mornings.
Please download our parking lot schematic with assigned parking spots. You will notice each parking space bumper is numbered with its assigned unit number. Your numbered parking space is your only parking spot. Please do not park in your neighbor’s space. Any unknown vehicle parked in a resident’s spot will be towed at the car owner’s expense. We do not have visitor parking spaces and the HOA does not reimburse for any towing expense.
Radio, stereo, television sets, and computer systems should be turned down to a volume which cannot be heard outside of the units between the hours of 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Same applies to extraneous noise caused from other sources, including pets.
Meet your Homeowners Association members...
Your Homeowner’s Association provides a few ground maintenance services to make sure common areas are kept up. Let’s make sure we all take part in keeping our part of Channelside clean and sparkly!
