Your Homeowner's Association provides a few ground maintenance services to make sure common areas are kept up. Let's make sure we all take part in keeping our part of Channelside clean and sparkly!
Please leash your pets and make sure they ‘do their business’ outside of our common area. We have an open field across the street as well as a dog park. The city of Tampa also provides Channelside residents with proper pet disposal bags along the sidewalks. Please clean up after your pet if they poop anywhere on our property.
Meet your resident Homeowners Association members...

For low rates, we suggest using Efi Arnoyal with America’s Lock & Key as your locksmith.
From furniture/kitchen assembly & installations to general fixes, Jamie MCDaniels does it all!
Too busy to clean high-to-reach spaces? Call mother & daughter duo Cindy and Candy Tabares!
